DNP Cycle

A short time ago, I got ahold of 30 capsules of DNP, 250mg. Excited, I bought some V8 and planned my meals and workouts along and along, and started my cycle at 500mg per day.  The lowest lethal dose in history is about 4.5mg/KG, which means if I was as weak as possible then 450mg would kill me.  I have a little more vitality than that, and having coached other cycles and saved a few lives from hyperthermia, I felt safe in managing my own body.

It was impressively miserable, though not as bad as I had expected. I discovered a few key things for managing DNP over these 15 days:

  • GW1516 is a short-term escape from the heat
  • Fructose does not increase body heat like other sugars do
  • Do it in the winter
  • LISS makes the effects more dramatic
  • V8 for vitamins and nutrients
GW1516 is a drug that makes fat metabolism more efficient in cells.  Since this is the typically inefficient method of ATP production that DNP shifts our cells into,  taking this reduces the heat production and can give you a few hours respite from the crushing heat.  I wouldn't recommend this as a means of increasing dosage as GW makes the DNP less effective while active, but I'm exploring ways to get PPAR-d agonists in literature as part of a DNP rescue protocol.

Fructose is processed differently than other carbs, in minor and highly technical ways.  If you need some energy, a bowl of pineapple or a no-sugar-added smoothie will help incredibly.

I personally slept naked beside my open window every night of the cycle in January in the US. This was the only way I wouldn't wake up dangerously dehydrated.

Naturally I had no energy during this, but I still dragged myself to the gym and managed to get a half hour of walking or an hour of cycling most days.  You have to take on a strategy that is tolerable to your condition and I highly recommend this. Keep an eye on your body temperature and always slam some V8 or fruit beforehand.  The enhancement of fasted cardio isn't worth it in this state.

Remember, on DNP you're in a metabolically precarious situation.  Take it seriously, lay off the heavy stimulants, and take care of yourself.

If this helps you, leave a comment.  It keeps me engaged.

Chainlink: the last hope of the crypto fad

Since for some reason cryptocurrency culture intersects with grey market fitness in enormous ways I'm sure only Facebook understands, I wanted to drop some thoughts on the future of cryptocurrency in the first of several posts.  There are essentially 5 tokens/coins that have real future use cases.

Right now the overall market cap sits at a quarter of its height at the turn of 2018.  I personally was exit scammed by a shady exchange that went under and vanished. Right now, November of 2018, we're starting to see correction and balanced growth in the market in more logical ways.  The pump and dump discords have dried up since the markets are mostly less vulnerable and anyone holding crypto has diminished capital compared to a year ago. Where you actually see gains now have clearly defined cause and effect, and I wanted to share a system I have significant belief in because of its usability case: Chainlink. I don't own many LINK, but I should've bought more when it was 16 cents. its currently about 50 cents.

Chainlink can serve as an underpinning to pretty much any type of transaction or system linkage, making it incredibly versatile, but more importantly: its friendly with the derivatives market, a $1.4 Quadrillion(yes) financial weapon of mass destruction.  Derivatives are the Boogeyman of the industry, I personally wish they didn't exist, but I'm not in charge and there's too much money to be made for them to go anywhere. Its practically an industry that prints money.

This has been LINK's target since its early days, and this is a blockchain entity with such tremendous potential.

Doped Supplements

We've all heard of professional athletes failing WADA/USADA tests and blaming the failure on corrupt supplements that they've taken, and in a few cases this has been legit. You can pop for clenbuterol by eating beef from Mexico, for example, and this is an actual proven occurence, but you wont fail an epitestosterone ratio test because your Creatine is Chinese.

Remember when JACK3D was going for $100 a tub after it was banned from sale because a few guys took 6 scoops in the Afghanistan heat and died?

Ideally, you'd want to make a private label supplement and sell it privately, through forums, Facebook groups, limited promotion, etc.  This batch would be adultered with whatever compound you want to use, like if you put crushed benadryl in a sleep aid or put a little turinabol in some ostarine caps.  After these compromised items have become known as incredibly effective and have sold out, you'd coordinate rumors about your supplements being stronger than what's on the label.  List clean batches of the items on Ebay under an unrelated account for an exorbitant cost and essentially scam people who want those doped goods.

This is far easier than creating and maintaining an actual supplement line.

Best Fat Loss Protocol

After my DNP cycle, to be covered soon, something else fell into my lap.  After some serious research and tweaking, I was amazed at the results.

I had been taking Helios (Injectible Clenbuterol and Yohimbine) along with a few peptides and I saw tremendous water shedding at first, but then striations and definition that stayed when I was off of clen, and I was feeling great the whole time.  The key drugs for this protocol were:

  • Melanotan 2, low daily dosage (125-250mcg each morning)
  • MK677 (15-25mg/day)
  • Helios
  • CJC1295 w/ DAC, 5mg spread out over 1 month
Melanotan is a significant agonist of melanocortin receptors which have a bizarre array of effects, from prosocial behaviors to appetite control and suppression. This fully negated the hunger from MK677 and is below the threshold that causes intestinal distress like many people see.

With the high growth hormone from MK677 combined with the ability to fast while using it, that alone is pretty fantastic. When combined with CJC1295, you get the "bleed" type release of growth hormone, which contrary to popular belief is not bad, along with the 12 spikes per day of MK677.

With these above, you will do pretty well, but given that you are already fasting and have high GH levels, the best thing to add would be some effective stimulants.  Enter: Helios.

Injecting clenbuterol is much more effective mcg for mcg, so a dose would be lower than oral by a factor of 4 to start with.  The Yohimbine is a perfect combination with this, so Helios works on beta and alpha adrenergic receptors so fat mobility is massively increased.

The changes I got from this were the kind you notice every 2 days, you're full of energy all the time and your appetite is so low you're able to choose what you eat with excellent control.

Adaptogen Supplements in MMA

During this hiatus I've stopped lifting and taken up MMA, primarily jiu jitsu/submission grappling.

I have narcolepsy, so recovery and focus is a tremendous challenge for me, but I realized after a short time how well-equipped I was for dealing with these challenges through chemical aids and natural supplements.

My first thought was to go back to Rhodiola rosea, which has always drawn out tremendous focus and motivation for me in proper doses. This falls under the adaptogen category of supplements. My muscles seemed to recover faster and my perceived rate of exertion during training seemed to be tremendously reduced. Naturally, this wasn't enough for me.

Looking further into options that go well with Rhodiola, I settled on Cordyceps powder and Ashwaghanda, both well known to have pro-cognitive and athletically beneficial effects, especially Cordyceps with it's renowned boost in endurance.

The trouble at first was high quality sourcing(done after a few tries) and a delivery method, since shoveling 3g of powder into my mouth every morning became unattractive very quickly.

Right now I'm looking at turning this into a product with a few other ingredients, but interest trends are low so I'm looking into pivoting on this to better options.

Still, never stop innovating your own biology; you'll have it til you die.

GW501516

In the world of fitness drugs, goals can be condensed well enough into 3 categories that drugs aim to impact: endurance, muscularity, and fat mass. I used some problem solving techniques often found in business to decide what goal I wanted to devote a sizeable amount of my research budget to.  During that thought experiment, I realized that building endurance in a way that takes you from novice to functional athlete would be a massive value to me, much more than another 50 pounds on my squat or another 4-6 pounds of muscle.  Having settled on my goal of compressing a massive mount of cardio progress into a nearly effortless month, and as a bonus, seeing mild fat mass reduction, I decided to personally research GW501516.

This drug brought itself a lot of controversy after trials in rats showed it is massively carcinogenic, and to this day fearmongers and supplement peddlers decry its usage, warning people that they will surely die horrible if they take this.  That stance has more than a few glaring problems, the biggest of which is as follows:

If it causes cancer in humans on a scale comparable to its effects in rats, then where is the cancer? Where are the tumor-ridden recreational users?

Plenty of info explaining why this is nothing to fear is available on the Internet, but to sum it all up, this particular PPAR pathway works totally different in humans than it does in rats. Also, the method of detecting cancer was flawed, incredibly flawed. From the abstract I read, their way of deciding what cells were cancerous was along the lines of testing if something was wet and deciding that if it is wet, then it must be water.  They only observed a certain kind of cell activity, one that GW1516 stimulates.  There may well not even be cancer causing side effects in rats either.

I got good and lazy and at like a slob for a short time, a gross high-everything diet as far as my macros. My resting heart rate was 73 a week ago.  Last night, 4 doses of 10mg, my resting heart rate was 65-66.  I wake up full of energy, my sleep pattern is much more stable and I feel more rested after any given amount of sleep.

If cardio kills you and you need to get good at it in a hurry, drop $40 on some GW.

New Project - SARMs, Steroids, and more

New contributor here.  I have several cycles of SARMs and designer steroids under my belt already, and I'd like to share that knowledge with anyone who comes across this blog.

First, a short explanation of SARMs:
In many of the cells that make up your body, there are "androgen receptors" floating around, waiting to find something to bind to them, to trigger androgenic expression, which can occur in many ways; muscle growth, bone growth, hair growth, hair loss, and many other ways.

SARMs are a class of drug that Selectively interacts with (Modulates) the Androgen Receptors that bring about skeletal muscle growth, avoiding as many side effects as possible by way of reduced binding affinity in certain types of cells, and enhanced expression in other cells.  Ergo, SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator)

A traditional tetracyclic steroid structure fits too readily into receptors, so for most SARMs, that has been abandoned. A deviant molecular structure isn't necessary though.  Some lists count tren as a SARM because of its high androgenicity in muscles and fat, but its negligible impact on prostate growth and health markers.

As you already know, biologically there is no free lunch: good effects come with drawbacks.  However, this class of drug has the highest benefit ratio of any I've ever seen.  In individual writeups I'll be forthcoming with warnings of side effects, but they're all so transient and mild that being honest causes skepticism.

These drugs vs steroids, you can guess that the effects will be less dramatic than a cycle of testosterone, but the unparalleled safety in their use brings them back on the table for anyone who wants to hit their genetic limit quickly and maintain themselves there.

Since these are commercially available in most of the world, and steroids aren't, I'll be explaining these first.
